My experience using Rachelle during the home buying process was great! She took what we wanted and filtered out the houses that did not meet our criteria. This saved us lots of time. When she would show houses, she made sure to know what we needed to know ahead of time! I work in a lab testing the woods used in construction, and it was nice to hear her knowledge of the building products used in the construction of some of the homes. Poor Rachelle worked day and night looking for the right listing and putting up with how picky we were. In the end she found us the perfect house. My husband is a mechanic and needed a really big garage/shop space. She found us a house with a 1390 sq. ft. garage with engine hoists and plumbed with air for his shop equipment. She also gave us great advice when making our offer and got the owner to accept our offer despite receiving better offers soon after because she really knew us and was able to tell the owner my husband grew up in the area.
