About Rachelle Latapie

Most of my business comes from repeat and referrals, it is important that you know a little bit about me. I have been independently practicing real estate since 2018; however, I have a decade of combined real estate office administration and title & escrow experience plus over 20 years business administration, management, and accounting backed by a degree in Communications. My philosophy is I am all things to everyone, I am a realtor who specializes in representing Buyers & Sellers in Colville and its surrounding areas. I work with a handful of clients at a time managing their transactions from beginning to end; this allows me to be available to answer questions for my clients from our first meeting, then ultimately to the Closing table and beyond. When you hire me, you work directly with me. It's my knowledge and relationships in the community and my experience that define what I do and how I do it. Selling a home in any market can be a challenge. While the market can be up or down, hundreds of homes are sold each year in our area. What's the difference between selling your home or failing to do so? THE DETAILS! I wanted to take all the things that work and do them better than anyone else. With the use of technology in my marketing approach, effective sales strategies, and no details being overlooked help maximize the exposure of your property. My process was created to help educate you as a seller and help you make the right decision when selecting the best agent to sell your home!! Representing you as a buyer, I strongly negotiate on your behalf to help you have the strongest offer and the smoothest transaction, should your offer be accepted. It is my goal to help coordinate your transactions smoothly with as few hiccups as possible. I look forward to sitting down with you and discussing your real estate needs. In my free time you will find me hosting BBQs, taking the RZR out on some trails with my friends, family, and children, or hanging out with my grandsons.

We actually came by Rachelle by accident. I was looking for information on a property and was not happy with the agent we had been working with. Rachelle picked up the ball and totally ran with it. It was a long process for us. We were moving from another state, renovating a house and didn't have time to run up here. Rachelle was patient and understanding, always sending me new listings. She would run out and look at properties for us and then she heard about the house we bought before it hit the market. We bought our house sight unseen based on video and photos that Rachelle sent.
