He taught us about the various appliances in the home and how to maintain them properly. He also let us know about potential problems and how they could create issues in the future. Additionally, he helped explain the different hurdles to jump through for filing documents with the city, and even handled our property transfer documents with city hall on our behalf.He led us through about 10 homes, with us backing out of two offers due to issues found. Never did he express any irritation during our showings with little notice beforehand, and even showed homes well beyond his normal operating radius.
