Brad helped guide us through purchasing our first home. He helped explain exactly what to look for to determine if it was well maintained. He taught us about the various appliances in the home and how to maintain them properly. He also let us know about potential problems and how they could create issues in the future. Additionally, he helped explain the different hurdles to jump through for filing documents with the city, and even handled our property transfer documents with city hall on our behalf.He led us through about 10 homes, with us backing out of two offers due to issues found. Never did he express any irritation during our showings with little notice beforehand, and even showed homes well beyond his normal operating radius. Additionally, we never felt pressured to purchase a home.He navigated discussions with sellers on our behalf, and we never felt like there were any items slipping through the cracks. I'm writing this review as I'm about to fill my second U-Haul truck for our family's big move that would not have happened if it wasn't for Brad & Rachela Lack, they made what I considered impossible-possible! We had one specific home we wanted, had to make the seller a contingency offer, & then execute the sale of our house w/in 45 days; pretty much a laundry list of "things that must go right" & again, I stress thanks to Brad & Rachela it happened & way quicker than I could of ever had hoped.Their sense of urgency, their knowledge, their negotiation skills, & their follow through on all things promised are second to none. The Lacks were professional and amazing during the entire process of selling our home and finding another one. The were always quick to respond to messages and calls, flexible schedule, attentive to our real estate needs, very honest and thorough when looking at places, i.e. they are not going to let you buy a bad home or get you into a money pit. And for the selling part, they were great, gave a us all of the comps and priced our house well, did multiple open houses and sealed the deal. We were very picky and finicky buyers too but they continued to work with us, were patient, never pushy, and they helped us to accept the perfect deal. Oh and very tech savvy, both in looking for homes and selling ours there were the neat online sites and apps to help us manage favorites, accept showings, etc. You will not be let down if you work with Brad and Rachela. We highly recommend them.
