We fell in love with a house Rachel was listing and after seeing it several times during her open houses, we decided to use Rachel as our agent. We were a little nervous to have an agent that would be represent both the seller and us as a buyer, but we ended up being very satisfied with having Rachel represent both sides. She was professional, knowledgeable, and knew how to manage a team to work quickly and efficiently to satisfy our needs and close escrow on time. We re-hired our home inspector to come back to the house for a second look and check to make sure the house has been fixed to high standards before closing escrow, and he advised us that our agent did a great job and it was fixed to a standard that he claimed was the best he has ever seen. Most importantly, Rachel is very responsive, you can reach her via cell or text very quickly. I was most impressed when even after our house closed, she was very supportive in every way. She helped us answer all our questions regarding the house and when our pool pump broke and the home insurance didnt want to fix it, she called them herself and helped us get a new pool pump.Rachel is knowledgeable, knows how to manage staff to quickly and thoroughly complete repairs, and has her staff hold open houses every weekend both Sat and Sun. My husband and I would not have bought our house without being able to go back and visit every time we were in the Yorba Linda area until we were very familiar with the house. I would hire Rachel because she has a wide range of domestic and international clientele. Rachel and her team sells over 25 million dollars worth of houses each year and she has been doing it for over 10 years. She works very hard to help her clients in every way.
