If you are moving to the Tri-Cities area in Tennessee, there is no better realtor team to hire than David and Rachel! These two are worth their weight in gold, I absolutely will be using them again in the future. David and Rachel were referred to me by a family member that used them for their real estate transactions in this area. I am very new to the Tri-Cities area but seasoned with real estate from my professional career. While touring my first home with David and Rachel, they used their joint expertise to point out a multitude of items that I had not noticed in the home. They were great about pointing out well done crown moldings without seams and the age of HVAC elements, while also noting signs of past water damage, areas of compromised sub-floors, and exterior trim issues. Their attention to detail saved me from purchasing a home that would have likely cost a significant amount of money to fix. When I found the home I decided I wanted to purchase, David and Rachel knew the home would sell quick so they were out early the next morning to tour with me. When choosing to purchase the home we toured, their knowledge of the local area (schools, nearby businesses, and commute times) helped me make an informed decision on whether the home was right for me. When it came time to negotiate on the purchase price and repairs, Rachel served as an amazing resource; she was able to negotiate a significant number of concessions that saved me a lot of money on future home updates. When we did come up with items we wanted to change in the home, David's knowledge of home improvement gave us some great alternatives for repairs and upgrades that would be efficient and cost-effective. Their combined expertise and contributions will end up saving me tens of thousands of dollars down the road, which I am beyond pleased with. On top of all this, they were very generous with their time answering calls at all hours of the day, always made sure I was up to date on anything going on, and just genuinely kind people. The value David and Rachel brought to the table was immensely helpful and I am thoroughly convinced I would not have got the home I did without their help.
