I found a house I was interested in and contacted Realtor.com. They put me in touch with Rachel. She was there with in an hour. First time I had met her. She is very friendly and personable . She showed me the house and gave me all the literature she had available as it only went on the market that day. I liked it so much I decided to put in an offer to purchase. I was already loan pre approved so Rachel got right to work typing up the offer . With in a mater of hours Rachel called to tell me we had a signed accepted offer. Closing was set for 30 days. During the whole process Rachel kept me well informed and was always available for questions . I would highly recommend Rachel she will not disappoint.
