Rachel was amazing at supporting us throughout the home buying process, and it wasnt easy for her. Living in NY at the time with very limited windows for looking at or even getting to the homes to view was an issue but with Rachels help, support and patience she made it seem-less. A lot of heavy lifting on her end in attending open houses and videoing of Face-timing us through the process made all the difference in the world. Also I would say she has a very balanced and understanding persistence which without her would would not be in our new home.
