I can't say enough positive things about Oliver Klein. The lengths in which he took to help our family were unexpected, and factually made our experience and outcome the best it could be. I'll never forget when we were talking about things to do to help sell our house, I had mentioned I always thought some small trees and plants outside the main bedroom window would really help make the room. He knew I didn't have the time or the truck to make that happen. Our REAL ESTATE agent, took it upon himself to go rent a UHaul and got exactly what was needed to help put that room over the top. He dragged the plants by himself and set it up for us. Point being, he listens, he watches, he cares. And he knows what to do on BOTH the buying side and the selling. Call this guy.
