Know what you want when you go looking at homes because if you take too long deciding in this market, someone else may make a decision and buy the home from you.
Have your Financing in place before looking at home, you never want to wait for a lender to get back to you & you lose your dream home.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Preinspect your home before putting it on the market. You can save thousands by knowing what needs to be done and hiring who you want to fix it instead of having a buyer tell you who needs to fix it (and potentially losing the deal).

Pricing a property right on the market, getting multiple offers and driving the price up to get the highest & best price for my client seller. It is nice working for a happy client!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I was working in a consulting company learning about sales, profits & cash flow. Houses have always been of interest to me so I educated myself on the real estate industry & acquired my license.
My mission was & still is to help families accomplish the american dream of being a home owner.
