Rachel Barnett

Rachel's experience in the real estate industry began over 15 years ago as a returning college student, ready to be home in the beautiful landscape of the Ozark Mountains. Since then, she's been busy diversifying her knowledge in all aspects of the real estate transaction, covering everything from the title insurance policy, to local loan procedures, to overcoming various closing obstacles. Rachel has spent the largest part of her career as an escrow closer where she developed the ability to anticipate issues causing closing delays and the determination & follow-thru to resolve those issues before they become escalated. Rachel's background includes experience in the larger Kansas City market, county tax collector's office, and as closing coordinator for a multi-state development firm. Rachel is currently the only member of the Tri-Lakes Board of REALTORSA(R) to hold both a Missouri Real Estate License, and a Missouri Title Producer's License concurrently. Rachel is proud to be a 6th generation native of Taney County, raising her family in the same close-knit community in which she grew up. She enjoys canoeing local rivers & streams, doing anything DIY, and most of all, loves spending time with her husband, their three daughters, and extended family and friends.
