I had a home that I wanted to sell; however, this was not the easiest home to sell, because there was very little wiggle room for profit. I sent Rachel an e-mail informing her of my circumstance and received a response within minutes. She met me at the home the very next day, performed her evaluation, and provided pointers that later proved to be very helpful; I am certain of these pointers contributing to the sale of the home. Throughout the process, Rachel was very pleasant, reassuring, informative, and responsive to my calls and emails, which was very comforting. She certainly has her customer?s back. I plan to use her in any of my future sales/purchases. She has a customer for life.
