Rachael Jones made our first home buying experience a breeze! We are a military family who at the time (Decemeber) didn't know if we were going to be stationed at Fort Still. With everything in the Army always being last minute, we were in a time crunch to find a house that would be a fit for us if we were going to make the move to Elgin. Being a military spouse herself, Rachael truly understands the struggles and demands based on the Army's needs. She took the time to show us homes one weekend while we were in town without knowing if she would even make a sale. We fell in love with a new construction home that we didn't want to pass up on. Rachael worked her magic with the builder and told us that they were willing to work with us until we had orders to Fort Sill. In February, we purchased that new construction home in Elgin, while living in another state. Rachael updated us every week from December to our closing in February with Facetimes, pictures, and check-ins on the house. We couldn't have asked for a better Realestate Agent!!!! We were buying a house from overseas and looked at several houses with Rachael on FaceTime. She was extremely helpful and even did a virtual drive around the neighborhood with us once we found the house we were sure about. We could feel that she cares! Through all the random text, emails, and calls to ask questions. She helped us find a reputable finance company and negotiate a storm shelter install with the builder.
