Queenie has over 20 years extensive background spanning real estate brokerage, residential finance, property management, and construction management. After graduating from San Jose State University as a software programmer, Queenie worked for Fortune 50 big tech companies burnishing her managerial and analytical skills. Then she discovered her true passion in real estate and realized how much she loves working with clients. Queenie operated her own mortgage company to help people own a home in a difficult lending market. She was soon sought after due to her ability to underwrite loans that are hard to finance, in the process helping hundreds of first time home buyers achieve their dreams of owning a home. In addition to assisting investors to build their portfolios, she is also a successful investor herself. A natural-born go-getter, Queenie strives her hardest to do whatever it takes to get the deal done. Having had significant experience on both the buy and sell sides as well as a deep understanding of the mortgage and escrow process, she expertly solves difficult real estate problems whether it's a contract issue or a building surprise. She was completely AWESOME!!! I am a first time home buyer and she made the home buying experience really smooth!!! She communicated really well, both when things were going well and bad. If I can give her 10 stars, I will. She is beyond exceptional. She's with me every step of the way, helping me and guiding me. She went above and beyond to help me make things happen. I moved from Washington state to here in California and she made it easier. She even went to Washington to help me move, helped me drove my uhaul.
