1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
One of the best things to to prepare for in buying is to get pre approved for a loan. Not doing so could delay acceptance of an offer and thus cost you the home.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
One of the best and most inexpensive advise I can give a home seller is to maintain a curb appeal in preparation for sale. That along with minor fixes can make a big difference on the offers received.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with various types of clients with sales price ranging from 150k to over 1M. However, the majority of my clients want to sell the home "as is" and therefore I have different pricing strategies to utilize depending on overall condition. Another option I offer my clients is a type of repair now and pay later for repairs program.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I have several transactions that I am fond of. Quick closings are one of my specialties. I have several Conventional and FHA loan offers that were submitted with a closing of 14 days. My team and I were able to do a home inspection, negotiate repairs, get appraisal done and close with time to spare.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I started in real estate as an assistant. I learned how the market and valuations worked. After gaining much needed experience I decided to ventured on my own to help others dream come true. I now have a great team behind me.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I am a strong believer in education. Learning in real estate has to be a constant if you are serious about representing and protecting your client to the fullest. I am a licensed Broker and have many certifications and accreditations that allow me to do this:
