You truly get the service you would expect and more!! We recently purchased a property and when we had issues with the title company, she was quick to help us resolve it even though it was no failure on her part. We have worked with Pualani for the last three years trying to find the right property for retirement in a challenging market. Pualani is a treasure.

From the minute we met Pualani she was all about helping us find the home of our dreams went above and beyond to help us!! We found 2 listings we were interested in and when they didn't pan out she went to work and found us a home that met and went above what we thought we wanted!!Then All thru the process of buying the home she put us in touch with inspectors, financial, and helped us with how it is done in Tennessee and in coming from New York is a very different process. She is not only our realtor but through the whole process has become a very dear friend. She helps and cares when she doesn't have to!!!!

Pualani is incredible. Extremely knowledgeable and very patient - whenever I had questions she would make time to stay on the phone or FaceTime with me to answer any questions or concerns I was having throughout the searching and buying process. I relied heavily on her as I looked for a house from out of state - she was very forthcoming and detail oriented as she showed me houses over FaceTime. I always felt that she was acting in my best interest - more interested in finding the right home and not just a house that met my criteria. I will count on her again when I need the help of a real estate agent and recommend her to any friends or family looking to move to Tennessee.

Pualani was a Rockstar throughout the whole process! She really helped us narrow down our search and listened to our "must haves". We are always able to reach her when we needed to and she had excellent resources for any auxiliary services we may have needed. Thanks again! We love our new house!
