I was born in Provo, Utah and raised in Spanish Fork, Utah. I graduated from Spanish Fork High School where I lettered in basketball and track. I received All-American status at UVU in the high jump and the long jump. I have a very strong competitive spirit and I'm passionate about personal development and I truly care for others. I have a background in sales and marketing and in construction as a Project Superintendent. I have taken my life experiences working with people and have transitioned into helping families and individuals make the very best decisions when it comes to real estate.

1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
The most important advice I could give a home buyer is to first seek out a trusted and full time professional Realtor to guide and be with them every step of the way. Just as you should never go to court without professional representation, nobody should go it alone when purchasing a home especially when the seller's may have representation looking after the seller's best interest and not you the buyer.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Seek out a full time and professional Realtor, someone with a substantial track record of selling homes as well as the office staff and marketing budget and ability to reach the most buyers possible. Just as important a true professional Realtor will understand the risks associated with selling a home with the physical risks and the legal risks and will work to make sure the seller is protected throughout the entire purchase contract and even after close.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I work with the most experienced Real Estate investors all the way to the other side of the spectrum with first time home buyers. I love all types of clients and experience levels as each bring new challenges and hopes and dreams which gives me the awesome opportunity to serve those dreams and work to make each and everyone of them come to fruition.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
One of many that stands out partially because it closed less than a month and is top of mind is a young newly married couple who are first time buyers. I was able to negotiate all closing costs to be paid for by the seller which is awesome in itself. However due to the inspection report which I always suggest my clients perform we found that the roof had less than 3 years left of life. I was able to get the roof replaced by the seller as well. This was a major win for this young new family. More than $10,000 in savings and repair work that my client was now not responsible for which free'd them up for the new refrigerator that they so badly wanted. I also got the existing refrigerator included for them, they use that one as a garage freezer. Every transaction is different. But the important thing to understand is I have the experience and the knowledge and the full time staff to make things like this happen much more frequent than the part time agent looking to make some extra money.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I was approached by a dear friend and business mentor Kenny Parcell. He thought that because of my experience in the heavy construction industry and working with city officials and project owners of multi-million dollar projects with the negotiating skills I had acquired there that I could take those skills and use them to benefit my future clients. He was right. I won Rookie of the Year my first year in business with over 35 homes sold. I am loyal and I fight for my clients.
