She should be given the title, Queen of Realty in Bozeman. She is incredibly connected, wonderfully frank, and amazingly intuitive as to what her clients need. She also goes WELL beyond her job description to get the job done! No doubt in my mind that shes the best in the business. In an incredibly competitive market, PollyAnna was able to find my family a home, only after convincing a family to move that she knew was potentially interested in relocating! We got in before the house ever hit the market. One more example of how great she is: When the seller wouldnt clean the fireplace on move out, PollyAnna bought a special cleaner for us to use.. at her own expense! Yeah, shes great.
