One Sunday my husband and I stumbled on our dream house that happened to have an open house that same day at 1:00 pm. I called Polly at 7:05 am and she returned my call within 20 minutes. We agreed to meet at 12:45 pm to look at the house. We fell in love with the house and wanted to make an offer for it.
