After viewing a property listing that I was interested in, I called the Zillow number to be put in touch with a local realtor that could assist me. The Zillow operator told me that I would receive a call from someone very soon. Within 10-15 minutes, I received a call from Poe Cilley, who introduced herself over the phone. Poe's mannerism over the phone was unbelievable. She was not only very knowledgeable and helpful, she was also very genuine, and struck me as a person who really wanted to help me. I remember when I ended my conversation with Poe, I made the comment to my wife, that the realtor that I just spoke to seemed very nice. Boy was this an understatement. Through the next several weeks, Poe assisted me every step of the way with the obstacles that arose in purchasing this property. With me not being from this geographical area, Poe, took it upon herself to assist me with securing an attorney, having someone check the title, as well as meeting several construction inspectors at the property by herself, due to me not being able to make the long out of state drive. In short, I can't say enough about how much of a caring person, and excellent realtor, that she is. I would absolutely recommend Poe, to anyone that I care about.

Our daughter used Poe as her agent and we naturally gravitated to her, not knowing anyone else. We were extremely blessed with Poe as our agent. She worked hard, tirelessly. We used her on a lot of potential deals. Some fell through (we were unsuccessful bidders on some) but Poe continued to work with us and for us. She encouraged us--and we landed the house we did by following Poe's advice which comes from a great deal of experience in the Maine real estate business. We highly recommend her!
