About Po Kwon

Growing up in a military family, we moved around a lot when I was young. I have called Greenville, NC home since 1993 where I graduated from East Carolina University with an Economics and Business degree. ECU is where I met my wife. We have been married for 16 years, and we have two wonderful kids who are 12 and 9. While working in home improvement retail for over 25 years, the most important thing I learned was the importance of the "people". It's the people that make things happen. It's not the sign on the door or the product on the shelf. It's the great people who go above and beyond and do the little things to support the customers. Relationships and trust are built over time by listening and addressing needs and concerns. I've also learned the true meaning of helping people. It's not how big, how many, or how soon you close a sale. It's the "why" and what it means to the person making the purchase that is important. Painting the room for a first child's nursery, a door lock to keep your family safe, a new fence for a child and puppy to play, a window a/c for an elderly couple......the stories and the memories are what is important. I chose real estate as my career for this reason. I know what it means to my family and I as we have sold and purchased homes. I will never forget all the great memories in our first home, and now making memories in our second home. Po is amazing. He is knowledgeable, honest, and has the best customer service! Our family was incredibly blessed to have Po help us with our purchase! From the beginning, Po walked us through the offer process, counseled us on negotiations with the seller, and helped us submit the right offer to get it accepted at the right price. He was diligent on setting up inspections and even met us during the all the inspections to ensure we knew what they were doing and reviewed all the results with us in detail. This saved us time and money! Po took the time to get to know my family and our needs/wants and kept all these things in mind when getting us to closing day.
