This was my first time buying a home. Piper was there for me the ENTIRE way. From taking me to see homes, to taking care of all the required inspections and paperwork. She can be reached by text 24-7 and responds really quick every time! She goes out of her way to be there for you. She was there with a smile to meet with my inspector and arranged the assessor appointment. She even met with the termite inspector when I couldn't be there. She handled EVERYTHING for me. She knew what all needed to be done. I had no idea how many steps there were in buying a home. She took care of it all! All forms were done via e-doc (electronically signed via a private email link) so I didn't have to use U.S. mail at all. This whole entire process was so easy! She even gave me a huge basket of goodies with two bottles of wine when it was all done! I felt like SHE should have been the one getting a basket from ME! Even after I bought the condo, she still texts me to see if everything is ok and if I have any questions or concerns! This kind of service was incredible! I'm not sure if this is the norm in home buying as it was my first time, but from asking around... I don't think it is! My friends did not get this AAA++++ service from their agents! Thanks Piper!! You are the best!!!

From start to finish working with Piper was an amazing and wonderful experience! She listened carefully to my criteria and then kicked off a search that eventually yielded me my new home. There was not one situation where she showed me a home that didn't fit what we had discussed. When I presented listings she provided me her immediate feedback or she would research and get back to me. Going above and beyond she even drove by some of the listings to checkout the neighbourhood when she was unfamiliar (very rare). She was so responsive to emails, texts and phone calls. She always made me feel like I was her #1 priority, even though I knew she must have other clients I never felt lack of attention. For matters that were outside her expertise (e.g. inspection items) she did the legwork to find me good contacts who could either answer my questions or provide estimates for the work that was needed. LOVE PIPER! Best realtor ever! She was very professional and so sweet and very patient with us it was our first time buying in the state of California and it was so nice to have someone who explained everything every step of the way she was really looking out for us and found us such a great beach front property that we love!
