Her confidence put me at ease as both a buyer and a seller; I felt good about the offer she suggested, and readily deferred to her expertise when it came time to put my home back on the market. Thanks to her, I was able to beat out several other offers as the market was becoming competitive, and I was able to get more than I had hoped for at the closing table. The communication was frequent, detailed, and almost always anticipated any questions I might have. I knew she had other irons in the fire, but her attentiveness and responsiveness made me feel like I was her only client. She followed up several times just to see how I was doing and give me updates, no matter how small. She seemed to have great rapport with everyone at the table, and her personable approach made me forget that this process is technically a business transaction. She had a great sense of what mattered to the sellers/buyers, what points to be adamant about, and what requests to be flexible with. Her bedside manner was also on-point, putting me at ease during the process without creating a false sense of security. I couldnt have asked for a experience, and would highly recommend Michelle to anyone entering the market.
