I had the pleasure of working with Michelle when I bought my condo, and again when I sold it. Her confidence put me at ease as both a buyer and a seller; I felt good about the offer she suggested, and readily deferred to her expertise when it came time to put my home back on the market. Thanks to her, I was able to beat out several other offers as the market was becoming competitive, and I was able to get more than I had hoped for at the closing table. The communication was frequent, detailed, and almost always anticipated any questions I might have. I knew she had other irons in the fire, but her attentiveness and responsiveness made me feel like I was her only client. She followed up several times just to see how I was doing and give me updates, no matter how small. She seemed to have great rapport with everyone at the table, and her personable approach made me forget that this process is technically a business transaction. Michelle is amazing! My husband and I made the hasty yet necessary decision to move with our 1 year old and teenage daughter to a larger home (a spec home under construction in a sought-after neighborhood) because we were unexpectedly expecting during a very frightening time at the beginning of the pandemic. She came in enthusiastically, full of knowledge and energy, to help us get our home prepared and listed quickly for a price we were ecstatic about. It sold in 36 hours and she helped us negotiate a time frame with the buyer that worked for us so that we wouldn?t be displaced for any amount of time while our new home could be completed. Her dedication and diligence made, what could have been an extremely stressful situation, seamless. She has her clients? best interests at heart?always.
