About Phong Cao

I grew up in Northern Minnesota and moved to Minneapolis to attend the University of Minnesota. I began a career as an engineer and worked at 3M, TSI, Donaldson and Polar Semiconductor. In 2003, I had some interest investing in real estate. In 2003, I met Ryan O'Neill and Ryan convinced me to buy investment properties. It was the best decision ever. In 2005, I obtained my real estate license and joined Ryan O'Neill's team The Minnesota Real Estate Team. When I first started in the business as a realtor, there were about 15 agents on the team. There are about 120 agents on the team now. It is amazing to see the team grown into the #1 Real Estate Team in the World. Currently, I am a full time realtor. I have worked with a diverse group of buyers, sellers, and investors around the Twin Cities/Metro Area. I am Vietnamese and can speak Vietnamese fluently. A majority of my clients are a mix of American, Asian, African, Central America and Vietnamese. I also have access to numerous third party partners to provide a seamless real estate experience before, during and after the closing. My goal: Buying and selling should be exciting, not stressful for you and your family, I will take a pro-active approach, solve problems, and get the job done. It's been great to be on The Minnesota Real Estate Team because we have so many outstanding resources to make transactions go flawlessly. My family moved to Burnsville in 1998 and have lived here ever since.
