About Phobie Privett

As a lifelong resident of Eastern New Mexico, Phobie is intimately familiar with the area and connected to its wonderful residents. She was born and raised in Clovis, and has made Portales her home for the last 27 years. She has been married to the love of her life for 25 years and has two beautiful daughters in college. She enjoys spending time with family, travelling, bible study, and home design. Phobie has a diverse career background. Before becoming a Realtor, Phobie was the first female police detective in Portales. She served on the police force for 5 years before "retiring" to become a stay at home mom. When her kids started school, she began substitute teaching and continued working in education for the next 12 years. During that time, she was also called to serve as the youth pastor and Sunday school teacher at Emmanuel Baptist Church for 6 wonderful years. Phobie has always had a passion for anything related to "home", so becoming a Realtor was the obvious next step for her. Specializing in finding buyers the perfect place to call home, she strives to represent her clients with uncompromising integrity, energy and attention to detail. Building a strong relationship with her clients and earning their trust is her top priority. Phobie works hard to make sure her clients are comfortable with the home-buying process by being available for her clients at any time, staying in constant communication and working full-time (and then some!) to ensure her client's satisfaction.

Phobie is AMAZING!!! She helped my family and I find a home that we absolutely LOVE. We were stationed overseas while working with her via Facebook messenger/FaceTime, but she was ALWAYS so attentive to our requests and needs, helpful, accommodating (and every other word that describes an incredible realtor). I am so in love with the home that she helped put us in and grateful for everything that she did to help us!She answered all of our home buying questions and explained the whole process in laymans terms for us. Phobie works for awhile with us during this crazy market. Not being first time homebuyers, we were also being super picky. She looked past that and showed us anything that came up within our main requirements, kept in touch and up-to-date on any schedule she may have had, and was always nice, curtious, and kind. She's the only realtor we dealt with here in Clovis and I can't really compare her to others, but to us she's the best and help us so much. She deserves the praise and hopefully plenty of future customers. If we know anyone looking for a realtor, she'll be the one that always comes to mind.
