We could not have had a better realtor! Phillis was very helpful through the entire process. Phillis Forse is a true real estate professional. She is extremely knowledgeable about the marketplace in Georgetown Texas and the laws and regulations regarding real estate transactions in Texas. Phillis was very responsive to any questions we had during the purchase of our home in Heritage Oaks Senior Center in Georgetown. She was also very knowledgeable of every detail about Del Webb's Sun City Texas. She would respond in minutes to any question we posed to her regardless of the day of the week or the time of day including weekends, very early in the morning or late in the evening. Phillis always has a positive attitude and is not impacted by possible negative situations, always turning them into a positive conclusion. As an example of her responsiveness the home we were purchasing had a Class 4 roof installed several years before we purchased it. Our home insurance company said they would reduce the annual insurance fee significantly if we could show evidence of the hail resistant roof. Phillis was able to get us a signed copy of the roofing company's certification in just a couple of days saving us over $1,300 on annual home insurance rates. In addition, it is a total pleasure to work with Phillis and to be in her company. Besides being a real professional she is very pleasant to be with. She made us feel very proud that she was representing us in every aspect of the real estate purchase transaction. When, and if we sell our current home, she will positively represent us as our real estate sales person.
