Phil was awesome! Made buying our first home a memorable and enjoyable experience. We found the house we love for a great price! Highly recommend! This market is a very tough one and it was important to be working with a realtor that was very timely and available. I would message him and random times throughout the day and he was always doing what he could do get us into view right away. There were several offers that we made and through each one Phil answered all of my questions and voiced his own concerns about the property making me acutely aware of advantages and disadvantages in each property. I never felt rushed or like I was inconveniencing him or his team in any way! Great experience over all!
