Phillip is a native North Carolinian born in Sanford and spending most of his life in the Triangle area. He has been in the real estate industry since 1998 working in several different areas including new construction, property management, and residential sales. His unique skill set, with a background in building new homes combined with excelling in real estate sales brings a unique skill set not found with many agents. Phillip received his real estate license in 2010 and his full broker license in 2013. Since becoming licensed, Phillip has developed his business based on a client-centric model. "The customer comes first, before anything else, that is how they and their families become clients for life". Phillip's has a wide range of experience in residential sales including relocation, new construction builds, first time home buyers, and seasoned resale home sellers. His dedication to clients has been rewarded with multiple awards for sales every year he has worked in the industry which are listed on the next page. Phillip works closely with his team members, but believes that being a hands on agent is important to getting his clients to their goals of buying or selling. I went through the relocation specialist with my company and selected Century 21 over the other 2 brokers because their marketing strategy was top notch!! Phillip was amazing in managing the marketing and sale of my property. He conducted an open house on the very first weekend. Once the offer was received, he worked closely with the buyer's agent to ensure the contract details were correct and met all the relocation company requirements. The deal would not have gone through without his resilience and tenacity to finalize the contract. I had an offer in less than a week and the house closed in ONE month. It was such an easy process for me and I appreciate Phillip's hard work. Phillip George was top notch!!
