Sam patiently dealt with us as we became picky homebuyers. Each time we walked away from a house, he paid attention to what we said about it so he could match our wants/needs better going forward. He would even keep an eye out for homes not on MLS, going out of his way to find what we want. Once we found the right home for us, Sam was great at walking us through the buying process while also getting our house onto the market. He was again so patient with all of our questions and concerns. Sam and his team got our house listed and sold within only three days even as the market was slowing. Overall, it was a long process just because of us but Sam did everything right and got speedy for us when it was really aEUR~go time.

Michael was awesome from start to finish, to even after the sale! Mike was so great in guiding me through different aspects of the buying journey. As an out-of-state investor, who has really only passed through Wisconsin, I really did not know much about the area. Mike helped provide me with local knowledge and insights that helped me narrow down my target market from 3 cities to 1. I really appreciated his patience with me throughout the process. He showed me several homes as I was still trying to narrow down my criteria on what I was looking for. He also helped me find houses of interest. For each one, he would FaceTime call me to walk through the property, send pictures and provide his observations. I was working with a couple real estate agents in different states and none of them went to that level of detail to help me decide. He was also very knowledgeable about the buying process. I felt very confident in his ability to help me negotiate and take me through each step of the process. I really appreciated his communication skills. He always made himself available when I had questions or concerns. He never made me feel like I was burdening him, even when it was late. He spent a lot of time explaining things to me so that I could understand them clearly. Not only did Michael help me negotiate a great deal on exactly the type of property that I have been looking for, but he has also helped me oversee the renovation work being done on the house after the sale. Hes met with contractors, communicated my needs, provided me updates and has just been my eyes and ears since I cant be there. Micheal is responsible, professional, and knowledgeable. He comes through on what he says and does much more than expected. Hes got a great attitude as well that makes it pleasant to be around. I am so grateful I found Michael and I hope to continue working with on future purchases. I highly recommend working with him!
