He moved to Florida from Connecticut, and we don't call anyone else when we want to buy or sell. Phil was just fantastic throughout the whole process. We had a septic tank inspection that he recommended, saving us almost 40K. The septic needed to be repaired. We would have been stuck with that expense if we hadn't listened to him.
