Phillip is an exceptional realtor that will work extremely hard for you and your family to find the right home as well as find the right type of buyers for the house you are trying to sell. I had my house on the market on and off for 2.5yrs with 3 different realtors before I found Phillip. Within 2 weeks of him listing and showing the house(which he has a very hands on approach about) we had a contract!!! I will use Phillip again when I sell the house I am currently in, which he also helped my family find, and have been very pleased with!
