Phil was open to taking me on as a client even though he first met me as a Middle Schooler... without any judgement! From the moment we began our journey, Phil was patient, knowledeable and made us feel that we were his top priority (even though I know he had other clients and a family to take care of). Our home buying experience started off very frustrating.
