Philip Fitzwater

Philip Fitzwater was born and raised in Potosi, Mo where he, along with his wife and their two sons, still calls home. He has enjoyed being a Realtor for the past 8 years and has specialized in commercial and residential real estate in Washington and St. Francois counties and the surrounding areas. He was named the Rookie of the Year Agent by the Mineral Area Board of Realtors in 2013 and has been the top selling agent in Washington County for the 3 years. Philip also served as a director on the Mineral Area Board of Realtors for two years. Philip Fitzwater attended Missouri Baptist University and earned a Bachelors in Business Administration. He began his career in real estate in order to help people work through the process, and sometimes challenges that come along with buying/selling a home. Philip Fitzwater is a full time agent that prides himself on being honest and going above and beyond what is expected of a real estate agent.
