I've never had a great impression of realtors, but Phillip DeMatteo has certainly changed my views. He provides first class service from start to finish. He showed up the first day with notepad and pen and wanted to hear our story. He went from room to room immediately highlighting the positives of each space. He came back with his "team" and masterfully staged our house. The first day we listed our property we had numerous private showing requests and multiple offers over the asking price. All this was accomplished because Phillip takes the time to properly listen to his clients and does an amazing job highlighting the positives of every home. We couldn't be happier with his work and we highly recommend using him!

My wife and I decided to sell our home and upgrade. We needed more space and wanted to be located in a specific area for the school district.Philip guided us through the process of preparing and listing our home for sale. We had some surprise issues pop up and Philip was instrumental in connecting us with reputable companies to make repairs and upgrades on a tight timeline. We received multiple offers over asking and had a great experience selling.We moved our family of four (children 1 and 6) and our large dog in with my parents while Philip scoured the market. After living in Rossmoor for 30 years, we unexpectedly were faced with the need to move to Northern, California. We already found and bought a house up North and needed to sell our Rossmoor home quickly within a certain price range. Philip provided comps for homes in our area and estimated a listing price and probable sale price. He was spot on! His company provided staging services and professional photography for our listing. He was also helpful in identifying ways to spruce up our curb appeal. All these services were included with no additional cost. These efforts helped to sell our home at Philip's estimated price within 2 days on the market. Timing was of the essence as the interest rates were starting to hike and our hot market seemed to be cooling.
