Phillip was a breeze to work with! I contacted Phillip after a friend recommended him to me when it was time to start searching for my first home. Right from the start Phillip was very personable and direct. He made sure he understood what I was looking for in a home. Also helps that he lives in the area and is familiar with the neighborhoods. When it came time to buy in a very competitive market, he was up front and honest with me about what would be required out of an offer in the market. When it came time to put in an offer, he was very thorough when explaining the nitty gritty details of the offer which I appreciated, and he was able to negotiate a great deal and timeline that worked with me trying to move out of my apartment. Not knowing what to expect buying my first house, I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process, and that he was looking out for me. I highly recommend working with Phillip!

When we started the search for our first house, we felt utterly lost. There are so many platforms to house hunt through, and each one has their own style of labeling a listing. When we first met with Philip, it was at a house that had beautiful pictures but nothing we were really looking for. He helped us narrow down our search, define our budget, and sent us proofed listings so that we no longer had to search ourselves. We toured multiple houses with different styles to learn what really worked for us, and when we settled on a house he was just as excited as we were! He recommended local businesses for every step of closing, and we closed on our house in record time. He even helped us when we were unable to personally be there for closing day!
