We contacted Phil and Stella about 3 A 1/2 months before our house went on the market. They arranged painters, landscapers, cleaning and staging. When our listing went live, Phil and Stella held an open house for neighbors on Friday and an open house on Saturday and Sunday. We accepted an offer, over asking, 5 days later. From start to finish, we had the best experience selling our Campbell home with Phil and Stella. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and we highly recommend them. My mother recently passed away and my three sisters and I needed to sell her home in Campbell. All of us owned homes, but none of us had ever sold our homes, except one and it had been a long time. Phil and Stella did an awesome job for us. Just 7 days from the day we signed to put on MLS, while complying with all the rules for Covid 19 lockdown for Real Estate showings, we were considering four good offers. The one we accepted was well over our asking price, with no contingencies.We moved out at beginning of escrow. Phil and Stella took care of readying the house for turnover to the buyer. Phil has connections to people who do cleaning and repairs. Within 30 days of accepting the offer our money was in our bank.
