Ashley is one in a million. I had made the decision to let go of my properties in the desert. Initially, I had given both listings to another agent. Both houses sat for almost 6 months. One property in particular had a lot of interest, but the major stumbling block was potential buyers were passing judgment on my neighbors multiple cars parked out front. Ashley isnt one to back down from a challenge. She was the buyers agent and when met with this challenge, she suggested that they meet the neighbors! With the discovery my neighbors were lovely people, we were in escrow the next day. It was a quick and painless escrow. Needless to say I had one more property to sell. I was coming to the end of the contract with my previous agent so I interviewed Ashley, among others, to see if she might be a better fit. It was a no-brainer to choose Ashley and due to her hands-on technique and personal touch I was in escrow on the second property within two weeks. This was not quick and painless I must admit, but Ashley instead of cowering, stepped it up like a boss. She definitely sees challenges as an opportunity to be creative. The bonus is we closed on time. I cannot thank her enough for going to bat for my properties. It was hard to let them go, but without Ashley, my life could be taking a completely different turn right now. Ashley is a game changer!
