Ashley is one in a million. I had made the decision to let go of my properties in the desert. Initially, I had given both listings to another agent. Both houses sat for almost 6 months. One property in particular had a lot of interest, but the major stumbling block was potential buyers were passing judgment on my neighbors multiple cars parked out front. The bonus is we closed on time. I cannot thank her enough for going to bat for my properties.
