He was knowledgable in every area from the home, mortgage, inspections, and every other detail he had covered and knowledgeable in each area. Petros helped us find and buy the perfect property we were looking for and at a price that we could afford.Purchasing a property in Tarpon Springs while living in Maryland takes a leap of faith and an agent that is both knowledgeable and patient. As Petros is native to Tarpon Springs, it was good to have an agent that both knew the area and the history of many of the properties we looked at. He was able to talk to us about which areas were best and why as well as issues that would present a problem. You can really lose your heart and your wallet if you're not careful as Tarpon is such a beautiful place.
