Organized, Reliable and Trustworthy We chose Petra Niedermair, because she sold homes in our area for top dollar. In our first meeting she came very prepared she gave us some renovation tips and she had comps from other sales in the area. Additionally she had different scenarios printed to show us the cost and what to expect when the house sells. There were no surprises. Once the house was on the market she checked daily on the house after all showings were complete. She stayed in contact with us daily to give us updates. We ran into an unexpected issue and she navigated us through that as well and helped us actively to resolve it. Petra picked a great Title company and they also delivered documents timely for us to review prior to closing. Petra is very organized and takes control.
