Our experience with Petra and her assistant Jake was nothing less than stellar. To start with, they worked with us to establish the value of the property, and prepare the house for market. They are familiar with the area, and knew the market very well. Staging, presentation, and cleanup. Then all of the paperwork details that go into a sale such as title, taxes, etc. They guided us through the entire process. Once showings began, scheduling of showings, open houses, buyer questions were fielded promptly and professionally. They made this look easy. Don't know where to begin, but, I was able to find Petra online. She was tech savvy so I was able to communicate with her via cell phone or text messages at all hours of the day and night. Initially she helped us rent a property. She found exactly what we were looking for within .25 miles of the school our daughters were going to attend.
