Pete is highly reviewed and seemed very willing to help us find a home in Murrells Inlet. We traveled to see homes and learn about the area with Pete's help. It turned out he did not have time for us. He showed us 3 homes in one area of town in less than an hour. That was it. I guess we were suppose to buy one of the 3. We left disappointed and he never contacted us again.
