As I first time home buyer I was very unsure about the whole process. Fortunately, I was referred to Pete and Dede and they made a seemingly cumbersome, confusing process smooth and straightforward. I sent them a couple properties that piqued my interest and they were able to dig into all the details and get all of my questions answered the same day. When it came time to submit offers they were great about informing without pushing. They gave me every piece of information I could possibly want and allowed me to make my own (now well-informed) decisions. I am so fortunate I went with my gut feeling and chose Dede Maw to sell my dad's house in Poway. He passed away and it was up to me to get it sold. I met her husband, Pete - what a great team they are! You cannot find two nicer people! They were very professional, friendly, and personable. Many realtors contacted me, and not knowing any of them I gambled and chose to go with Dede. She sent me a very nice handwritten note asking for my business. I liked the personal touch and that swayed me. Dede told me the market was good and that I should not have any problem selling the house quickly. She was right.
