Pete and DeDe were amazing in getting me my mountain home I'd been dreaming of for a long time! They are very well connected in the area and know the ins-and-outs which was crucial in making me comfortable with the deal! I'm sure they are very busy but were always patient, prompt and thorough with responding to all of my questions. We went in with a 21-day close over Christmas and New Years which I thought would be impossible, but they made sure everything was kept on or ahead of schedule and we closed just as planned. They also had fantastic lender and insurer recommendations that really helped complete a fantastic team! Pete and Dede steered us to the perfect home. They were fully involved from beginning to end and ensured that both escrows, the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new one, went smoothly. We closed escrow on our sale on a Tuesday and closed escrow on our new purchase on Wednesday, the next day. Both properties had extremely fast escrows, only 17 days on our new home and 21 days on our sale! Such fast escrows take extreme organization and communication and Pete and Dede were definitely up to the task! They communicated with us throughout the escrows and professionally avoided any of the problems that can always pop up out of nowhere.
