    We met Pete a few years back when we started to consider our next move. We had started working with a few agents at first as we inquired about new properties and it was tough to find someone who had our best interests in mind. Pete went over and beyond to help provide us knowledge and details surrounding some unique properties we have looked at along the way. We were not in a rush because we truly want to find something that is the right next step. Pete has been by our side to help guide us and give us background information throughout the process. His responsiveness is unbelievable. We work odd schedules right now and he is very accommodating to our needs. We feel we have a forever friend in our realtor.     Wonderful experience, Pete helped us sell our old home and buy a new home. He was very patient and listened to exactly what we wanted in a home as well as gave us input on every home we looked at when it came to cracks in the ceilings and walls. He wasn't just trying to sell a home fast for some money, he actually wanted to make sure we were happy. I would refer Pete to anyone and everyone.
