The service was very good. They did everything to promote the house and provided good advice. Renata was also very knowledgeable about the local market and real estate related transactions. She did a great job taking pictures of the house and write a great description. We were away a lot when the house was on the market and they helped keep an eye on it. At one point, one potential customer expressed concerns about an old water stain but was not clear in the feedback. Renata went to the house and took some pictures and confirmed it was an old stain, not new. That meant a lot to us. That provided a lot of useful advice on how to make the house more presentable.

Pete and his team were excellent! We are moving to Indiana from Illinois and had to use a different realtor in Illinois and let me tell you that it was like night and day between the two realtors! Pete and Renata LaSalle...What can I say but AWESOME! We had been looking at house's online for well over a year and when we decided it was time to buy, we called them regarding one of their listings. They set up the showing for us but it just wasn't what we were looking for. Seeing our disappointment, they suggested an REO home that was actually just down the street that had gone on the market the day before. Since we were in the neighborhood, we stopped and walked through! Well, they must have been listening to the desires we wanted in a home because THAT home WAS home! They negotiated, drew up the contract, and worked hard on our behalf. They explained things in layman's terms and actually took the time to make sure we understood.
