Peter is knowledgable, professional, and ethical. My wife and I asked Peter to represent us for buying a house that we loved. The house had major issues that we were not aware of: e.g. it was close to a power line. Peter explained why we should avoid that house even though this advice was against his own profit. In a few weeks Peter found a great house that we purchased and we are super happy with. Peter is among the few realtors that you can really trust. Peter and his team were phenomenal in helping us buy our home in Columbia, MD. His knowledge and understanding of the local market and the process of purchasing real estate were clear in absolutely everything he did and said. It has been 5 months since we purchased our home in Severna Park, and we are delighted with our selection.
