Everyone always talks about how stressful first time home buying is. But with Peter by our side, the process could not have been anymore smoother and stress free. If anything, the only stressful part was actually choosing from all the options he gave. He filled in most if not all the must haves on our checklist. From there his optimism and can do attitude made it feel like he had a plan for everything. He always had a connection to any of our needs (from a lender to a painter for the house, if needed). Every one of them so far have been great because he has also used their services one way or another for his own needs. His professionalism and work ethics are top tier. Peter was always on top of everything (from visiting homes day or night he will be there, to answering random phone calls or texts about uncertainties). Never ones did my wife and I feel like we were being pushed aside. We knew he had other customers to deal with, but he made it feel very personal. It felt like even though he did have other customers, it felt like we were his ONLY customers. Professionalism is one thing, but Peter is also very down to Earth. And as much as he can make you feel like you can do it all, he definitely will tell you when it wont. He will tell you if the deal is not good and is not a fit for you. We gave him a path to what we wanted and he was there to keep us on that path. Being down to Earth and relatable makes it very easy to talk to Peter. He knows when to get serious and get to business, but he also knows how to have fun and enjoy the moments of being a home buyer. I highly recommend him to anyone else looking for a home!
