I purchased my home in Pleasant Hill through Lori in April 2018. From the moment I contacted her to help me find a home until the end of the sale she was quick to respond to my needs. She listened to any concerns related to my very specific needs and helped me through the entire process from start to finish. In the beginning we viewed several homes. She did her homework, sending me to a few properties that she thought might work with my budget while respecting my interest in keeping my daughter in the same school district. She checked in with me to get my feedback about properties so that she could keep in tune with the right fit for me. As a buyer, I felt many times like she kept me grounded and focused in the real estate process. She made herself available to me when I needed to hash through thoughts and questions.When we found my home, she knew each step necessary to make the purchase happen.
