Pete has far exceeded our expectations in several areas...He was extremely friendly, patient and knowledgeable, and also provided excellent counsel from the beginning of our interactions and of course found us the home of our dreams for about $100,000 BELOW our budget...If that's not enough, after we were already living in the home for 90 days, we took a trip out of the state and failed to shut off our water pipes in freezing weather. Due to our negligence, an outside pipe popped off which we found upon returning. We called Pete for help, and what did he do?
