1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Best thing for you to do is to find a great realtor. One that understands the loan types and how to make deals work. Someone who understands how to transition from renting to first time home ownership, moving up to larger homes or down-sizing, and relocating clients.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
The first key is to understand, the best strategy for your own situation. To sell as-is or make what improvements to make to get the most money. Also, understanding what can be done to help a home sell fast. Finding an Realtor with a great marketing strategy doesn't hurt either. I can help you with all of that.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have over 11 years of experience, there is no client I can't help, and no situation I haven't heard of. For both residential and commercial from $10,000 investment properties to $3,700,000 Mansions. I have helped them all.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I recently helped 3 different past clients sell and move up, down-size, and one whom relocated to Florida. I'm always happy to direct clients in the right direction to make their move successful.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
The Manager of a Century 21 Office realized I was a Top Producing Internet Sale Manager at a Honda and Acura Dealership and recruited me.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I believe in the Kaizen philosophy I constantly am learning new things in real estate, and business development. We are in an ever changing world, an ever changing business, and an ever changing economy.
