Pete and Justin met with my wife and I (no 3 hour sales pitch) on how they had buyers waiting! They toured our house and told us this house shouldnt still be on the market. Justin suggested a slight price adjustment he re-listed house set up showings for that first weekend after 3 days of showings on the fourth day Justin had multiple offers and had our house sold well over the asking price which also turned out to be the highest selling price for a house in my immediate area.
