We ended up doing the renting process through the Traber's and they made our experience easy and less stressful than expected when trying to find our first home together. Greg and Penny had set up a home portal for us to search for rental properties instead of having to use Zillow or Trulia to search for homes. The homes that we saw on the portal were homes that matched our preferences for rentals that we gave to Greg and Penny. We went and looked at rentals pre-stay at home orders for Covid-19 and Penny took all precautions necessary when we entered the different properties. Once we found the perfect rental property they helped us complete anything we needed to get done quickly to help us get the rental. We love the rental property we are in and our experience finding our first home was great and memorable. We 100% recommend Greg and Penny to anyone in the area who wants an easy and stress-free experience. We can't wait to use the Traber's again when it is our time to buy our first house.
